6 weeks and counting on delivery of product

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
We ordered a dog dish the beginning of June and it still hasn't arrived yet. I sent an email asking on status after 4 weeks and didn't get a reply, sent another email after 5 weeks received a reply 3 days later stating item is out of stock. They can't or won't give me an estimate on when I will get our product. They take your money right away yet won't tell you when you will get your item. Very unhappy with their customer service, fix your TV ads cause all they are spouting is lies.

Poor fit and quality of the 2nd row cargo liner for my 2020 Kia Telluride $175.00. Glad I didn't buy the floor mats. I purchased the 3 row TUXMAT instead and I'm VERY impressed by the Quality and best fit hands down. It seems the Weatherteckh quality has gone down since I purchased their products 6yrs ago for my SantaFe. I no longer endorse Weathertech product in the Forum.

Poor customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Ordered mud flaps. Order stated that they would come with hardware. Received order. Box and receipt stated that there was hardware included but all I received was the mud flaps. Emailed customer service. Got an email back stating that they would make it right and send me the hardware that I paid for (clearly stated on receipt). No hardware was sent. Got another email stating that they do not come with hardware. Phoned customer service. Explained to the woman on the other end what had happened. She said that the packaging states that they include hardware but thats not actually true and that there was nothing she could. I become frustrated and stated that I would like some kind of compensation considering I paid for something that I didnt receive. She said okay then hung up on me!? This was a 2 month ordeal. What a waste of time.

I purchased the cargo liner for my 2020 Kia Telluride. Very disappointed, it slide forward and rubber is thin and feels cheap.

Therefore I ordered my floor mats from TUXMAT, I was very impressed by the quality and fit. Will warn the TELLURIDE FORUM about my experiances.

Buy some other product

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
After seeing the ads on TV, I thought I would give it a try for my new car. It was pricier with other compatible products but I could not find any other makes specific for my car's model. Once I placed the order, I had no indication on when it will be delivered. After waiting a week for a tracking number, I called and was told it should be in my hands within two more business days. Those passed and after another 3 such calls, I was finally told the shipment was presumed lost and they will re-ship again fast. 3 weeks from my original ordering, still no sign. The customer service rep indicated he was doing me a favour (not his job). Given the level of service and the lack of actual product in my hand, I won't recommend this manufacturer.

Customer service is terrible

I had to wait almost a month for my order as it had to come out of the US. No concern for the length of time it was taking. Not impressed

Universal mat safety concern

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Walker's line store did not have lazer cut mats to fit the front of our 2011 Silverado so they sold us their universal mats. Merging onto the 407 a few weeks ago, upon acceleration, my gas pedal became trapped under the mat. Pretty horrifying. But.... that's not really my complaint. I just called the store to inform them of this situation in concern for customer safety. I would think they would want to be aware. I am not looking for a refund or anything, I'm just happy to be alive. The sales rep offered no empathy whatsoever. He said they had never received a call like mine ( thank goodness ), that I may have had the mat upside down. So basically what happened to me must be all mine and my husband's fault. Very very disappointed. We are bringing the truck out to the store in the new year so they can see exactly what happened. The problem, we discovered, and he didn't let me get to that, is the lip or edging is too thick and the bottom of the gas pedal got stuck right under it. I am just a concerned consumer that felt I needed to make Weathertech aware that they may want to consider not offering this option.

Terrible Mat fit and louzy costumer service

Weathertech Canada - Terrible Mat fit and louzy costumer service
Weathertech Canada - Terrible Mat fit and louzy costumer service - Image 2

I purchased a set of front floor mats for my 2017 Jaguar XE. They took weeks to arrive and when they did unfortunately the fit was awful.

There are big gaps around the edges. They absolutely aren't "Custom, laser fit" I got in touch with costumer service via email who instructed me to try a reverse flex (flipping the mat inside out for 24 hours) I did this and it had no effect. I sent photos to costumer service and they again instructed me to try with reverse fit once again. I flipped them inside out ant left them for days and the fit was no better.

We verified that the mats sent to me were the correct ones for my vehicle. I emailed them again and they did not respond. Phone messages also went unanswered. I finally got a hold of someone today who informed me that they will refund the mats but I have to pay the shipping.

She actually blamed the carpeting in the car...that It was installed incorrectly (!) and that's why the mat didn't fit - not their fault, the car manufactures fault (!) Insane. So despite the fact that the mats don't fit I get stiffed with the shipping for these pieces of junk.

I expected more from a Canadian company. Very disappointing.

Terrible,overpriced Product

Got front set for 2017 Journey. Passenger mat with no restraining clips does not fit and leaves a large gap at rear for mud, snow and dirt. Need to re-laser fit. Edges curl and leaves lots of gaps. I would not recommend to anyone. Certainly not up to what is advertised.High priced junk.

Weathertech Floor Liners

Weathertech Canada - Weathertech Floor Liners
Updated by user Apr 07, 2017

Lack of response, Zero customer service, Poorly designed product, False claim of protection, Overpriced and under-performed.

Original review Apr 06, 2017
I purchased a new car and decided to step up and pay a premium for the Weathertech Floor Liners. I paid just over $300.00 Canadian and patiently waited 6 weeks for them to arrive at the dealership.

They fit the front portion well, but stop about 5 inches too short and don't cover the floor next to the seat. After my first winter with these liners, my brand new carpet in my car is covered in salt stains and needs a major cleaning. I emailed Tony Page, the president at Weathertech Canada at tonyp@***.com and no response. In the past I would normally purchase winter floor mats for about $80.00, and the coverage was better.

So I paid more for a product that did an inferior job from a company that provided zero customer service from their president. I've never taken the time to write a customer review before, but this is what motivates people to write customer reviews.

All weather floor mats

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Weathertech Canada - All weather floor mats
I purchased all weather floor mats for 2016 Acadia . Nothing came close to fitting . My first thought was that I got the wrong order so I looked at the sales slip that came in the box it reads. 07 + Buick Enclave 1 each 2011+ Toyota Sienna 1 each 07 + Acura 1 each Than I cross the numbers with the web site and sure enough they all match. This seem to me to be a total rip off at $247.30 And now Its up to me to pay and ship them back. I'm sure I could of done better at Canadain Tire. I hope this helps the next person before the make the same mistake that I did.

Weather tech mud flaps

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Purchased both the inside mats and mudflaps fro my 2015 Chev Silverado 3500. Mats fit well in both the front and rear. Issue was the mud flaps fit well but they are not low enough to keep the mud, salt and snow off the running boards so they are very slippery. This is a safety concern with all the slippery material on top of the boards. Also rear flaps are not low enough and all the rocks and road debrie is on the paint and fill the back part of the bumper. Contacted Weathertech and all I got was thanks for letting them know. Would not recommend using these mud flaps.

Window shades

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

While washing my RAV4 I noticed one shade missing. It was Spring so,yes, l had been driving with my windows down.

I installed them myself about two years ago. I called Weather Tech to notify them of the problem. I spoke to the rudest narcissist *** they employ. "This doesn't happen and I was wrong".

Inquired if I could buy a replacement.

No, had to purchase a new set of either 2 or 4, he didn't know if I could buy two for a RAV4. Talked to my sister to learn she had one blow out as well. Quality and service stinks.

Don't deal with them. Probably better to purchase cheaper stick one.

Wrong Order Delivered

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Ordered floor mats for my 2014 Tahoe in Tan. Waited three weeks and got a box.

Headed to Northern Sask to do some work, no phone service but internet. Opened box to find black mats. Contacted customer service three separate emails to see how to return and get right ones. ABSOLUTELY no response - they just dont care - stuck with the wrong color - mats are great but would never buy from them again - if you have an email customer service PROVIDE IT!!!

I put them into the truck and are using them, what was i supposed to do, if you cant answer the email and tell me what to do with the order. PISSED OFF
