Bad Customer Service!!!

I ordered floor mats for an older truck as a gift for my Dad for Christmas on the 7th of December. I got an email back on the 8th saying the mats wouldn't be available for 2-4 weeks and that they would not bill me until they were.

Then I randomly got an email February 6th (2 months later) saying the cc didn't go through (I cancelled it because of fraud). So I called them to give them the new cc. But before doing that, they asked me if I wanted my mats in black since the grey ones I ordered were not available yet. I was then confused since why would they bill me for them if they were not ready; the lady I talked to just kept saying it was because I needed to pay but also the grey wasn't in the warehouse.

I asked to speak to a manager, and left a message. NO ONE got back to me. So, then I got another email about the billing on the 13th.

I called them to pay it with my new cc on the 14th and their answer to me was they CANCELLED my order!!! I'm done!

Unwilling to replace a product that has a poor fit

I purchased a sunroof wind deflector from WeatherTech Canada installed it on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma had a very bad chatter like it was banging up and down on the roof at speeds over 95 KPH This got worse in time this visor has only been installed for about 5000 km .it is so noisy inside the cab you cant even think. After fighting with weatherTech, and hearing every excuse like these visors can change the cabin pressure in your vehicle etcreally come on guys.After witnessing some of the poorest customer service Ive ever seen in my life theyve decided to refund me for the visor.

Weather tech has advised me that I will be responsible to pay the return shipping of the product that is being refunded. I have asked for a replacement, stating that maybe its the visor itself .WeatherTech Canada representatives think that theres no possible way I could be a faulty visor and are refusing to replace it. I will be posting my customer service experience on social media but not before I contact the president of the company. WeatherTech Canada is willing to lose my business as well as my families and friends business for an item.

Thats probably worth about $60 for them. Wow absolutely unbelievable.

This totally goes against their warranty agreement that is posted on their website. WeatherTech will lose thousands of dollars in sales in the future over this issue.

Receive the wrong for my bmw x4 after six months i have to climb the Everest and jump over a fulming volcano to receive an exchange.today i put them right in the garbage..will recommend to my worst enemy

Poor customer service in CANADA ONLY

Customer service is something to be desired in Canada only. USA I got great customer support, but who knew Canadians are NOT suppose to call the 1-800 support number printed RIGHT ON THE PRODUCT???

Canada fails to offer real time support.

Trying to get through, or someone to call you back takes months. You have to keep calling and hope to get a live agent. Fail to resolve in the first touchpoint - I tried calling, leaving messages, emailing customer service, only to be told they don't support direction from USA so I am S.O.L.They have lack of customer service etiquette - tell me not to take direction from the US CS team...even when they told me their user guide wasn't correct!

No care in the world to lose a customer, phone call lasts 2-3 minutes, and they say nothing they can do to support. How pathetic to not stand behind your own product?

I was ready to order side window deflectors but after reading the reviews I really changed my mind. There's no way I will pay nearly $200 for garbage and maybe wait months to receive the WRONG ones and get rejected to a return. Bye bye Weather Tech and forever.

Drivers mat has curled so bad it impeds accelerator pedal to the point when pressing brake it pushing on accelerator pedal.I contacted weathertech canada and there reply has bend it in reverse,I have already tried with heat gun to no success. Then I even asked if I could purchase just the drivers mat,weathertech reply was to go to website and order-well you can not order just drivers mat.I have purchased 6 sets of weathertech mats and have no problems with product,but this one drivers mat is obviously a defected mat.

Payment issue.

Ordered my cargo liners and mats in may 31. Received a receipt. Emailed them about shipment and was told by Mike they tried to contact me about a payment issue. I received no such emails. Its been two weeks and you wait until a customer reaches out to find out where the order is? Maybe check your web site for payment glitches cause its certainly not on my end.

Received used and wrong size matts. Would not refund or exchange them. The customer representative said she would call me back and never did. 3 weeks later I left a message and she returned my call 2 days later. After having my returned matts for over a month they sent them back and were the wrong ones I originally purchased. I've wasted over $200 with this company. I feel like contacting City TV to help me resolve this issue

Please note this review is not about the product its about the costumer care So on Wednesday November 25th at around 3:00 pm I've arrived at Wethertec Oakville location to purchase a floor mats for my vehicle. At first nothing out of ordinary a gentleman asked me for my vehicle information and etc. At one point we had to go out to check the vin number to match the matts. then we returned and check the stock unfortunately it was out of stock. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, he give me an estimated dates and that was it i was on my way out. At the door i realized i had one more question to ask, so i did came back and started asking, at that point a another sale person or manager (on the chubby side between 40-50 with a mustache) that had an office directly behind the counter where i was at, came out and rudely pointed to me to stay directly behind the glass of the counter. I must admit i was a little bit on one side of it as i just came back to ask quick question of course keeping my distance and also wearing my mask. As i position myself accordingly to his directions, I've realized that this person was not wearing his mask AT ALL!!! I asked him where was his mask he RUDLY and with ignorant tone responded that he does have to wear one as hes inside his office. So that got me thinking. He is inside his office with another salesperson inside that WAS wearing a mask, he did came out of his office to point that out to me without the mask, but the most troubling thing to me was that he is there in front of general public walking and lecturing like a hypocrite spreading his germs WITHOUT THE MASK!!! As we are in such bizarre times with covid-19 this whole fiasco should never had happened, but obviously there are some people that do not care about others health or wellbeing at all, parading all over the showroom without the mask acting like they were above everybody ealse. To me its just plain Stupidity and I'm asking the upper management why is this happening at retail store??? Because of people like that there will be no end of covid anytime soon and city of Oakville will go to lockdown just like Peel and GTA, and mark my words this will happen Again I'm asking the management to review your surveillance system as situations like this are forbidden. And also you will know who that person is exactly and maybe its also a good time to train or retrain your staff members on covid 19 protocols, especially when it has to do with publics health. What this person did, act and responded is just unacceptable. Do reply to this review as soon as possible as I'm and probably others will be very interested of the outcome

This is the email I sent to Weathertech: "I placed my order for mats on 3 November. At that time your website stated 7-10 business days delivery (it still says that !) When I received your order confirmation it stated 3-4 weeks delivery. I enquired after 4 weeks and was then told 4-7 weeks delivery. It is now 7 weeks since I placed my order and have still not received any shipping confirmation from you. I would like to cancel this order as it looks like winter will be over before you can deliver. "

Worst customer service

Went in store Burlington Ontario location on August 4th 2020, Bought mats they had front row in stock and not back. I paid for both left with front mats and was told the back would be in the following week. Called 5x to check what's going on and each time was told they were not in and they would call when they are in...well its now Nov 6th 2020 and l just phoned yet again and am now told they were never ordered to begin with. Rep was extremely rude and insulting telling me l should of phoned to check up, l phoned 5x !!!!! Then he told me someone prob called and l never returned the call. Wow !!!! Will NEVER EVER EVER return as a customer EVER! He said they will order them but will take 7wks so basically when winter is over. Left message for manager to discuss just getting my money refunded. Disgusted to say the least. DO NOT Recommend

Must be the worst customer service support I Canada by a country mile. Placed an order more than two months ago, which was to be delivered in 1-4 weeks. Nine weeks later, countless calls to their customer service line (that are never answered), emails, and voicemails, I have never once had a reply. Added to this, it is impossible to cancel my order. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY; YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Ordered weather tech mats and after 10 days no word on confirmation of order or shipping which they state will happen in 3 to 5 days of order No customer service here at all, assuming product not very good if customer service is this bad, they have my money and I have no product or delivery date law suit?
